Nanolex nanotechnology sealants are hightech - long-term surface sealants for all painted (lacquered) surfaces - cars, motorcycles, boats, aeroplanes, motor homes, etc.

With this Nanolex Premium Paint & Alloy Sealant Kit, dust and light dirt will simply come off in rain. Insect remains are much easier to remove.

Various tests have shown that this sealant has very high durability lasting to 18 months if the car is washed by hand only (using pH-neutral shampoo).

Nanolex nanotechnology sealants are not cleaning fluids or polishes, but a transparent microfilm, that attaches itself to the surface being sealed, making it smoother and so decreases the angle for materials that come into contact with it. The so-called Lotus-effect is thus achieved.

Surfaces sealed with Nanolex repel water, oil and dirt, have antistatic characteristics and protect against chemical and biological damage. Water, oil and dirt can be removed easily, but if the car is very dirty it can be cleaned with a high pressure hose and a microfiber cloth.

The Alloy Sealant is suitable for all kinds of wheel rims (durability varies with type of rim). Once Nanolex Alloy Sealant has been applied the surface becomes super-hydrophobic and is protected by an interlaced molecular net that forms a layer on the rim surface.

Cleaning your wheels will be much easier and less time consuming - in most cases a thorough treatment with a pressure washer and sponge/brush will be enough - you won't even need cleaners.

The Nanotechnology is designed to coat the paint with a durable layer that will help repel water, dust and dirt, making it much harder for these contaminants to adhere to the car.

Nanolex sealants will also allow the car to be washed much more easily, with the weaker bonds of the dirt being broken down with just a pressure washer or pH balanced wash shampoo.

Nanolex is a German based company that has developed a sealant technology for car care market that uses something called ‘nanotechnology’ which is based at a molecular level, when the nano-product has been applied to the cleaned surface the nano-particles organize themselves and form the desired structure.



So far glass, paint, wheels, textiles and leather can be coated with Nanolex products. Sealing a surface with nanotechnology means applying nano-structures onto the surface, these treated surfaces become super-hydrophobic and thereby water-rejecting, which means easier and faster cleaning for the user and improved protection for the treated nanolex surface. It takes much longer for the dirt to bond to the surface. Although all these advantages do not mean that the surface needs no further cleaning at all, but the nanolex treated surfaces can now be cleaned much more easily and faster than before.

Directions for use:

The Premium can be left for up to 30 mins, that's the maximum before it should be removed. It has to be applied VERY sparingly, less on the surface means less effort buffing (more product doesn't improve anything) - if you remove it after 2-3 mins the durability is likely to be less than if you leave it on for 30 mins...

If you use one of our microfibers there shouldn't be any issues buffing - although it definitely is harder to remove than a wax! But we think the little more effort it takes is totally made up by the durability...
