Shipping And Handling Times

Monza Care Care.com offer Free Delivery to the UK mainland only on all orders over £30. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 working days. We normally use the Royal Mail or a Nationwide Courier service for delivery of our products. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted within 48hrs of placing your order.

Export

If you are requesting delivery to a country outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Monza Car Care, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Damaged Goods

As internal damage cannot always be identified on delivery, the Customer must sign the drivers manifest as “unchecked”. Should any damage be identified on opening the package, Monza Car Care must be advised within 48 hours of the exact damage. It is imperative that the Customer does not dispose of any of the packaging, as this will be required to affect a claim against the carrier. We cannot accept any claims for damage if the above time scales are not followed.

Incorrect Goods

It is the Customers responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery. If the items are not as ordered, the Customer must not open the manufacturers packaging or use the item. The Customer will also be required to provide further information on what was received i.e. we may require the manufactures part codes and a full description of what has been received. Should there be any extenuating circumstances that has prohibited the Customer to remain within the specified time frame, resolution will be by mutual decision.

Customer Details

The customer is responsible for completing full order details; Name, Billing Address - as it appears on the card statement address, Delivery Address, email contact and associated telephone numbers to the fullest. This will ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner. The details Monza Car Care request are processed through a verification service and failure to provide complete and accurate details may cause a delay in processing and dispatching any order.

Non-Delivery

Monza Car Care will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 days from the expected delivery date. We shall accept no liability for shortages, non-deliveries, incorrect goods and goods damaged on delivery outside the reported time scales.

Returns Policy

You must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense and risk. Please use a recorded delivery service where a signature must be obtained to avoid delay and loss of your parcel. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation. The returns authorisation is valid for up to 14 days only. Goods sent back without prior returns authorisation will be returned back to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

A full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the conditions being met below and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the goods by us.

The goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging with all components and accessories. The goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received. Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned. Once completion of a return has occurred and the conditions have been met, However please be aware that this can be up to 14 days. Once any monies are credited, they are normally available for viewing on your statement after 4 working days.
