Terms & Conditions
Shipping Info:Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1-2 working days from the day of your order being placed. We normally use the Royal Mail for lightweight parcels under 1kg or a Nationwide Courier service for parcels over 1kg in weight. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted within 48hrs of placing your order.
IMPORTANT UK DELIVERY ZONE CHECKOUT PROCEDURE
If your delivery postcode or weight of parcel is in a different Zone 'if unsure please email us first to check before placing your order' then during the checkout process you must click on the drop down arrow where it say's "Select your Delivery ZONE" and choose your correct delivery zone or parcel weight eg: 1 litre of liquid is approx 1kg in weight.
PLEASE NOTE: if you fail to select YOUR correct delivery zone when checking out, we will have to contact you for the additional payment to bring the carriage cost up to that of your delivery zone.

Export of Goods
Deliveries to a country outside of the UK mainland may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Monza Car Care, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Customers Details
The customer is responsible for completing full order details; Name, Billing Address - as it appears on the card statement address, Delivery Address, email contact and associated telephone numbers to the fullest. This will ensure that all orders are processed quickly. The details Monza Car Care request are processed through a verification service and failure to provide complete and accurate details may cause a delay in processing and dispatching any order.
Non-Delivery / Shortages / Incorrect or Damaged Goods
Monza Car Care cannot not accept liability for goods that go missing in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date. We cannot accept any liability for any shortages ‘24 hours after delivery’, non-delivery ’14 days from date of order’, incorrect goods and goods damaged 48 hours after delivery’on the stated time scales.
Returns Policy
If you would like to return something back to us, you must organise the return of the unwanted items at your expense. Please use a recorded delivery service where a signature must be obtained to avoid delay and loss of your parcel. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation and a returns authorisation, please email us for this. The goods must be returned in the original packaging with all components and accessories. The goods must be complete, unused, and in as new condition (eg if you have only opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received. Any 'FREE GIFTS' with the products must also be returned as well. Once any monies are credited, they are normally available for viewing on your online statement after 7-10 working days.

Product Guarantees
All products purchased by UK Mainland customers only are covered by the terms and conditions of the Original Manufacturers Guarantee*
Customers purchasing ANY electric machine polishers do get the standard 12 month warranty with them, BUT WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS INVOLED IN EXCHANGING THE MACHINES OVER IF THEY BREAKDOWN DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD.*
Liability
Except as may be implied by law and except in the case of death or personal injury where the Customer is dealing as a consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by Monza Car Care the remedies to you shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
Force Majeure
Monza Car Care will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.
No Waiver
Monza Car Care failure to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of our rights or remedies in respect of any present or future default of the Customer in performance or compliance with any of these Terms and Conditions.
WEEE Regulations
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK Law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection,treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment such as high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Monza Car Care is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like for like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Please Note: Monza Car Care do not accept liability for the return postal charges in any way, this must be borne by the customer who wishes to return the like for like WEEE item to us, so it can be recycled.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol to show they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so they can be recycled.
