EXPORT OF GOODS
Deliveries to a country outside of the UK mainland may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for any customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Additionally, when ordering from Monza Car Care, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Monza Car Care cannot not accept liability for goods that have been signed for at the delivery address. If your parcel is returned to us we will have to re-charge a new delivery charge. We cannot accept any liability for any shortages / damaged etc that are not reported to us within 48 hours after your delivery has arrived also incorrect goods and any goods damaged 48 hours after delivery. If your parcel looks damaged or tampered with on the outside please sign for it as damaged or tampered with. In the rare occasion there is a delay either with the Royal Mail or parcelforce’s delivery time scale we will not be held responsible for this delay as it is out of our control.
We are happy to accept any unused stock items for exchange or refund within 60 days from the date of purchase that you received the goods, provided the item is returned unused and in it’s original packaging. If you would like to return something back to us, you must organise the return the item at your expense, please note we do not refund back our original postage cost. The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK Law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection,treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment such as high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Monza Car Care is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like for like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item.
Please Note: Monza Car Care do not accept liability for the return postal charges in any way, this must be borne by the customer who wishes to return the like for like WEEE item to us, so it can be recycled.
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol to show they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so they can be recycled
